QuadraMed's MPI Services team can begin correcting duplicate electronic records after the SmartScan Analysis and Project Design meetings are completed and the Project Charter is accepted by both parties (QuadraMed and client). Physical medical record folders, Radiology film jackets and other electronic records can also be corrected at the client's request. It is critical that all electronic systems stay in sync with the core health information system to ensure patient safety and optimal treatment outcomes.
