QuadraMed System Monitoring (QSM)
Let us keep an eye on the status of your QuadraMed applications so your valuable IT resources have more time to focus on IT issues unique to your organization. We provide the QuadraMed System Monitoring (QSM) service to monitor your QuadraMed solutions, and alert you about critical events related to your solutions. QuadraMed’s IT experts will set up and monitor actionable events within the following environments:
- Cache
- VERITAS
- QuadraMed Computerized-Patient Record (QCPR)
Depending on your organizations specific needs and technological situation, our service consultants will either send data to your monitoring station or to a monitoring system that we manage and maintain utilizing our Remote System Administration (RSA) service.
As part of the QSM service, we also provide QuadraMed’s data library and annual “support” for the library. This support consists of updates to the library as new alerts become available, as well as troubleshooting and resolution of any problems connected with the monitoring solution.
